I operate as Victoria Rebecca, a sole trader based in New Zealand. I am responsible for the personal information handled by my business. For enquiries, privacy questions or requests about your information, email vmvocals@gmail.com.

When you contact me

If you email me, I receive your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message. I use this information to respond to your enquiry and keep the records needed to handle it. Contacting me does not automatically add you to my mailing list.

Please share only what is needed for your enquiry. You do not need to send medical records or detailed health information to ask about my work.

The workbook signup

The form asks for your email address and your agreement to receive the workbook and occasional emails about meditations, music and offerings. EmailOctopus manages the subscription, consent record, delivery and unsubscribe status on my behalf.

Joining will be optional. Without an email address, I cannot send the workbook by email. You will be able to unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting me. A limited record of your unsubscribe request may be retained so that your choice continues to be respected.

EmailOctopus may record email delivery, opens and link clicks so I can understand whether messages are reaching subscribers and which resources are useful. The form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect it from automated abuse.

Services involved

My business inbox uses Gmail, provided by Google. This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites; its hosting services may process technical information, such as connection and request details, needed to deliver and secure the site. I have not added advertising or general website analytics scripts.

EmailOctopus is used for the mailing list. Its published policy states that contact lists are stored in Ireland and that email-delivery providers may also process them when messages are sent. Google may process technical information when reCAPTCHA protects the signup form. These services may process information outside New Zealand.

YouTube videos and The Rose Circle membership currently open on YouTube, rather than being embedded here. YouTube manages membership payments and information supplied there under its own terms. There is no Payhip checkout on this site at present.

Keeping and using information

I use personal information for the purposes explained here and keep it only for as long as it is needed for those purposes, including necessary business records and respecting unsubscribe requests. I do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers supporting these purposes, or disclosed where required by law.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask to access or correct the personal information my business holds about you. You can also ask about deletion or raise a privacy concern. Email vmvocals@gmail.com; I may need to confirm your identity before releasing information. Some records may need to be retained for lawful business purposes.

If you are unhappy with how a privacy concern is handled, you can contact New Zealand’s Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
